Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately, including the design, product type, available options and price.

Colours can look slightly different between screens, and small production variations may occur. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misprinted, not as described or otherwise do not meet the standards required by law.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless we clearly state otherwise.

Product prices will include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown separately and are added before you place an order unless we clearly state that delivery is included.

International customers may also be charged customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other local charges by the destination country. Those charges are not included in our shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

The payment methods we accept will be shown clearly at checkout before you place an order.

The final amount payable, including product price and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm payment.

We do not add optional paid extras without your agreement.

Placing an order

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, options, delivery information and total price and to correct mistakes.

The final checkout button will make it clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

After an order is placed, we will provide an order confirmation in a form you can keep, such as email. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will tell you and any payment due back to you will be refunded.

Made to order

Many Rage Bait products are produced to order by our print and fulfilment partner rather than held as finished stock.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Being made to order does not remove statutory cancellation rights for a standard, non-personalised product.

Delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges, services and estimated transit times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and will be shown as appropriate before an order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production time, weekends, bank holidays, customs or carrier disruption.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Cancellations and change of mind

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return them.

Our Returns Policy explains how to cancel, who pays return postage, how refunds are handled and what happens if handling has reduced an item’s value.

Personalised products

Goods made to your individual specification or clearly personalised for you may not have the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your rights where personalised goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.

Our standard Rage Bait designs are not treated as personalised simply because they are printed after you order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at crew@ragebaitapparel.co.uk.

Please include your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will provide the appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions or discount codes may have their own eligibility rules, expiry dates or product restrictions. Any important conditions will be made clear when the promotion is offered.

We will not use misleading reference prices or hide mandatory charges in a promotion.

Our designs and content

Unless stated otherwise, Rage Bait Apparel branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, designs and website content are owned by us or used with permission.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or brand rights.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with an order or our service, email crew@ragebaitapparel.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate it.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights or remedies you have as a consumer.
