Rage Bait Apparel is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy.

What we collect
Join the Crew: your email address and the date/time you signed up.
Orders: when online ordering is available, we may collect your name, email address, delivery address, order details, transaction references and payment status. Where a payment provider processes your payment, we do not need to receive your full card details.
Messages: information you provide when you contact us about an order, return, delivery or other enquiry.
Technical information: our website and infrastructure providers may process information such as IP address, device/browser information and request logs where needed to deliver, secure and protect the site.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to run the mailing list, process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, deal with returns or delivery issues, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain the security of our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our lawful bases
Consent: for Join the Crew marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Contract: where we need your information to take steps at your request before a purchase, process an order, deliver it or provide related customer service.
Legal obligation: where we must retain or use information to meet tax, accounting, consumer-law or other legal requirements.
Legitimate interests: where reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud or misuse, manage the business and handle disputes, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Marketing emails
When you join the Crew, you are asking Rage Bait Apparel to send you marketing emails about new drops, products, offers and brand news.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every marketing email we send will include a simple way to opt out, or you can email crew@ragebaitapparel.co.uk.
After you unsubscribe, we may keep the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we can respect your request and avoid marketing to you again by mistake.
Who we share information with
We only share personal information where needed to operate the business or provide the service you requested. This can include website and infrastructure providers, email providers, payment processors, print and fulfilment partners, delivery companies and professional advisers.
For example, our mailing-list infrastructure uses Cloudflare services, our website is deployed through GitHub Pages, and order fulfilment or delivery may require information to be shared with the relevant production partner and carrier.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International data transfers
Some of the service providers we use may process or store information outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we expect appropriate legal safeguards to be used where required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep information
Mailing-list information is kept while you remain subscribed, unless we no longer need it. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited suppression information so your opt-out can continue to be honoured.
Order, payment-reference, accounting and customer-service records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, including any period required by tax, accounting, consumer or legal obligations and for handling possible disputes or claims.
We review retention and remove or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain uses of your information.

We do not currently use your personal information to make solely automated decisions about you or to carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
